Well yesterday was my birthday, the big 55 (dammit). Nothing very eventful as I have not been feeling well.
I haven't done much in the way of basket work either.
I have been working on a surprise birthday gift for my friend Dana who sends me Long Leaf Pine Needles all the way from Georgia...so no pictures this week. Don't want to spoil the surprise.
So I will be in touch next week.

Prism of Hope
Pandula Original Graphite Art Drawing. This one was done while I was in the middle of making some big life changes. Seems to glow with "Hope". I find that my mood often comes through in my artistic endeavors. I hope you like it as much as I do.
My Pride and Joy
I wanted to learn to do Portraiture. Very hard! So once I got my daughter's face to the point where my co workers knew who it was I never had the desire to do another.
I was working on this for my mother when I actually got the call that she had passed on.
I think it did her justice.
