Wonderful Wednesday Feature

So go figure it is Wednesday yet again!  And that means supporting a new artist in our artistic community.

Today we take a look at a new friend of mine. I know her through facebook and Artfire.

Her site is called "  Blue Shark Diva Designs", and I just love her jewelry!  My favorites are the pieces she uses Sea glass in and a lot of her work is 'beachy'!!  Being from a beach town myself I am sure you can understand the attraction.

You definitely have to go and check out her site.  Don't forget she also has a FaceBook account where you can go and 'like' her.

A few pictures to pique your interest.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

Once again it's Wednesday my lovely artsie fartsies!  You know what that means!  Time for the 'Wonderful Wednesday Feature' artist!

This time I discovered a wonderful artist that is recycling beautifully.  This is such a great idea.  I found him on Etsy and his site is called 'bottlehood'.  He also has a Facebook fan page.  Just click here on the appropriate word as I have made them links so it's easy for you to get there.

This is such a clever idea.  He takes old bottles, anything from beer bottles to liquor bottles and then turns them into these awesome drinking glasses.  He even gets these bottles from local area businesses.  Now that is what I call upcycling.  My favorites are the 'Grey Goose'!

Here are some pictures and I am sure you will be just as impressed as I am.  Be sure to click, heart, convo or purchase so that we can be sure to support our neighborhood artsies!

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

Yet another Wonderful Wednesday Feature artist.  I found this one on our wonderful Etsy again.  So many talented people sometimes I don't know where to start.  Her shop is called "  Cakes by Amber"   and she has a very clever idea going!  I also discovered she has a Facebook page and you will want to visit her there also.

She has found a way to create "  cakes"   with items that are for each specific occassion.  It is kind of hard to explain so check out these pictures.

See what I mean...simply delightful for any occasion.

Don't forget to go see her and click, convo, favorite or buy.  Let's support our fellow artists every chance we get.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

O.k., so for a moment I thought I had a little bit of talent.  Then I found our next Wonderful Wednesday Artist.  I think I stumbled on his site late one night when I was surfing the web.  His name is Bruce Dellinger, and he leaves me breathless AND speechless.

He draws...but wait until you see how.  I am at a loss as to how to describe this incredible artist, so in this case less is more.  Look with your own eyes and be as humbled as I am.

This is the only picture I could copy and paste.  His other work is on a slide show and wouldn't let me copy.  So you will have to go and see his work for yourself.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

Today's Wonderful Wednesday Feature Artist is brilliant and not my usual . I didn't find him on Etsy...as a matter of fact I can't remember how I found him.  I am just glad I did.   I really don't know a lot about him but I do know that I just love how his mind works and the results there of.

He is simply amazing.

His name is Andrew Chase and he has art everywhere.  This only one site and a fraction of his work.

He works with metal parts to create wonderful sculptures.   If you click on this Link it will take you to one of his page's and show you where to find him, his blog and whatever else you might need.  His art is everywhere so do a google search and you won't be disappointed.

I love his work so let's show him a little artistic love and support.

It's Wednesday Etsians and you know what that means!!!  Yep it's another Wonderful Wednesday Feature Artist.

You gotta love this one.  Her site is called "  Stupidcats"   and her work is marvelously cute (and I'm not even a cat person).

I also follow her on Face book under the same name and I think you should too.  Her work is whimsical and wonderfully silly, just as cats are known to be.

Please visit her and like, convo or purchase.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

Time for another Wonderful Wednesday Feature artist!  This one is on Etsy and her shop is called  JDStar Ltd. Co.
Since I weave I found her bracelets quite the idea.  She warpface weaves, probably on an inkle loom, these little tapes and turns them into these charming friendship bracelets.  Very reasonably priced for anyone.  This is how you get sales, no matter what you sell...people have to be able to AFFORD the items.

Love Love Love these bracelets.

Don't forget to visit and click, convo, heart or buy to support our local artists.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

O. K. folks its another Wonderful Wednesday and here is my Feature artist.

This time I found a pencil artist on Etsy (duetschemexicana).  She does wonderful drawings of flowers and  foilage.  I really like the simplicity of graphite (pencil) art (I do alot of graphite art myself) and she has captured it beautifully.  She hasn't been on Etsy long so lets take a look see and help her with a little well deserved attention.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

Hi there, Pandula here with another Wonderful Wednesday Feature.

I found this artist on Facebook (Golden Section) and Etsy (Home of Imagination).  I absolutely love the way her brain works.  She does all of her work spontaneously!  In other words no preliminary sketch or line work.  I love that, very organic!

As for myself...it is a painfully thought-out process.  Although often, after all of my planning, what actually happens on the paper, or the loom for that matter, are not the same at all.  LOL.

Take a look with an open mind and I think you will find all kinds of little things to look at in her art.

Please don't forget to heart, convo and/or purchase so we can support our fellows artists.

Wonderful Wednesday Feature

Look what I found on Facebook for my "Wonderful Wednesday Feature".

This is such a great idea.  It's called "A book starring me", and they sell personalized books and music for your child.  How great is that!  They even have a web site by the same name.

If  I still had wee ones...
